A vacancy has arisen for a part-time Payroll Administrator at the CSA office in Llanelli.
Hours – 20 hours per week
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Every other Friday (working hours can also be discussed)
Hourly rate – £11.00 per hour
The successful candidate will be required to assist the Payroll Manager and work as part of a team to provide support, during the payroll process
Key duties include:
Processing of new starters on SAGE payroll
Processing all paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to contracts
Maintaining all employee personnel files, ensuring archiving of leavers and cleansing of information held in line with the Data Protection Act.
Assisting with the administration of Auto enrollment pension scheme
Dealing with general queries from our workers
Preparation of time sheets from clock-in reports or other sources, for clients/managers authorisation
Other AdHoc duties that maybe requested by the payroll manager
The successful candidate MUST have:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines.
Able to maintain a professional manner and have complete confidentiality in all aspects of their work.
Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of the SAGE payroll package would be an advantage but full training can be given to the right person.
