CSA Recruitment are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef for our client based in Carmarthen. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food production and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. We are looking for a chef who can chef to order in a high paced environment.

*Previous Chef Experience is needed. Own transport required*

Shifts would vary weekly:

5 days working out of 7

4 days – 11am – 4pm & back in at 6pm – 10pm
1 day – 7:30am – 4pm for breakfast service

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour

Duties:
– Plan and execute menus in accordance with customer preferences and seasonal availability
– Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
– Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
– Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
– Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
– Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Experience:
– Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or culinary establishment
– Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
– Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and management
– Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food
