Hygiene Supervisor Full Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join our Night Hygiene team based in Crosshands.

The team provide industrial cleaning within a production environment.

Previous experience in a cleaning manager/supervisor role would be desirable.

Your role will include but not me limited to –

• Supervise the day to day running of the team
• Onboarding of new staff
• Deliver the on going training of team members
• Support team meetings
• Follow company sickness and disciplinary procedures
• Hands on tasks to assist hygiene team when needed

This is a varied and busy role and we are looking for the right candidate to come in and hit the ground running. Full training will be provided to understand how the shift runs.

Shift: Nights – 21.00pm – 5.00am (there may be a need to occasionally cover on the day shift) Shifts will be across 7 days typically 5 on 2 off

Rate of pay: £12.00ph

This position will be on a permanent basis.
