Technical Administration Assistant Full Time

CSA is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator Assistant. This is a newly created role to support the transition of the Technical Department to a one team, one culture food manufacturing process as well as addressing the need for trending technical data for the site.

The role is in a fast-growing and ambitious international dairy business. Job duties for this position include, but aren’t limited to:

• Providing admin support and assistance to the Technical department
• Recording of results and inputting them
• Maintain a register of reports and write reports when needed
• The day to day collation of analytical results so that they are readily available to site management team
• To facilitate the product release of final manufactured product as directed
• To monitor the creation & management of documentation via a site index
• To assist the Compliance Lead in the maintaining gap analysis between site documentation and standard requirements

The ideal candidate for this position would have the following qualifications:

• Experience of electronic document management
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
• Is highly analytical and has a high level of numerical skill
• We would love to find a candidate who has very good communication skills and can perform under pressure in a fast paced environment.
