Industrial Painting Operative Full Time

CSA Recruitment are looking for an Industrial Painting Operative for our client based in Waunarlwydd (accessed via Fforest Fach).

Hours

Monday – Friday

8:00am – 16:00pm
(this may change due to business demand)

£12.75 per hour

Role:

Specialized painting various structures and surfaces in an industrial settings.

Apply protective coatings or decorative finishes to surfaces such as infrastructure, buildings, and other industrial structures.

Previous experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean surfaces for industrial painting, ensuring all areas are ready for application.
• Operate hand and power tools to apply paint and coatings effectively.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment during the painting process.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Perform basic math calculations for material measurements and estimates.
