Recruitment Consultant Full Time

CSA Recruitment is a diverse and fast-moving multiservice agency covering the industrial, waste, construction, cleaning, and security sectors. Our success is owed to our people and our process. We are currently looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Recruitment Consultancy role, with strong knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring best practices. Or alternatively strong experience working within a sales focused environment. What We Are Looking For:

• Outstanding communication skills & working to existing business processes
• Confident, self-motivated and an ability to work efficiently alone and as part of a team
• 2+ years’ experience in a recruitment consultancy/Sales focused role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems methodically & efficiently
• Confident making telephone calls to prospective businesses and candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively developing new and existing business
• Communicating with clients & candidates via phone, email, and in-person
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing prospective candidates
• Ensuring compliance targets are met
• Administration of company records and databases
• Out of hours on call phone on a rostered basis
• Working to sales targets and KPI’s
• You will operate in a 360 capacity, managing both client and candidate expectations
• You will manage a social media presence, utilising LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook

Essential Skills

• Proven sales-based experience
• Excellent telephone manner and people skills
• Thrive under pressure
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

Desirable Skills

• A full UK drivers licence
• Experience working to and developing internal recruitment strategies
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• Ability to speak a second language
