Caretaker/Maintenance Full Time

CSA Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced and knowledgeable caretaker for our client in Swansea. This candidate will join a busy team as a facilities operative for a large campus.

Job duties include:

• Internal and external caretaking
• Completing day-to-day maintenance and repairs
• Traveling between building and complexes
• The opening and closing of building depending on use
• Performing both landscaping and gardening duties
• Inspecting all aspects of the buildings
