Telesales Full Time

CSA Recruitment are currently sourcing candidates for our well established client based in Dafen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a strong ability to engage with clients over the phone, utilising persuasive sales techniques while maintaining a professional demeanour.

Role:

Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

£12.21 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
• Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to understand client needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and report on progress regularly.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in telemarketing or lead generation roles.
• Excellent telephone manner and presentation skills.
• Must be able to take rejection as this is a new business role and people do say NO!
• Someone who is bubbly, cheerful and can talk to anyone.
• Very reliable & a good timekeeper.
• Hard Worker who is a Good Team Player.
