Area Hygiene Supervisor Full Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Hygiene Supervisor to join our Hygiene team based in Llanelli.

The team provide cleaning within a production and Janitorial environment across Wales

Previous experience in a cleaning manager/supervisor role would be needed.

Your role will include but not me limited to –

• Supervise the day to day running of the Contracts
• Onboarding of new staff
• Deliver the on going training of team members
• Support team meetings
• Follow company sickness and disciplinary procedures
• Hands on tasks to assist hygiene team when needed
• Covering sickness and Holidays either in person or by providing members of the team to cover

This is not an easy role and will require full flexibility and dedication it is a varied and very busy role and we are looking for the right candidate to come in and hit the ground running, able to adapt and work with our team and our already established supervisor.

Training will be provided to understand how the contracts run.

Shift: 5 out of 7 days running, Completely flexible working because of the nature of the contracts

Rate of pay: £14.00 per hour

This position will be on a permanent basis.
