Our Registration Process
We offer our candidates a straightforward, simple registration process and will talk you through the paperwork required and proof of ID documentation to be provided. Our first objective is to get you into a job as quickly as possible.
Below is an overview of what will take place and some tips and advice on how to prepare.
Step 1. Application
Once you have found the perfect role for your next career move, hit the apply button and submit your application us. You can view our active jobs here and follow the steps to apply.
When submitting your application, provide as much relevant information about you and your past experience so that our resourcing team can discuss this with you.
Once you have submitted your application to us, our resourcing team will process it and arrange a call with you to discuss the role in more detail. They will also ask you about the following information:
- Which location(s) you want to work in
- The type of work that you would like to do
- Your work history – Remember to include any gaps in employment, and be prepared to explain them
- Your address, telephone number, National Insurance number and proof of Eligibility to Work (you will need to provide these at the registration phase)
Step 2. Registration
If you are successful at the application stage, the resourcing team will invite you to register with CSA Recruitment. Registration can take place in-person (at one of our locations) or via our online registration portal.
You will need to set aside about 20-30 minutes to complete your registration with us.
Before you start you will need some official documents to register with us. To make your registration as quick as possible, please make sure you have the following documents to hand (where applicable).
- Employment History
- Right to Work Documents
- Passport
- ID Card
- Birth Certificate
- Visa
- Biometric Residence Permit
- EU Settlement Status Share Code
- Proof of National Insurance Number
- Proof of UK Bank Account
- Proof of Current Address
Step 3. Induction
Now that you have registered with us, you are almost work ready.
To start working on one of our client’s sites, you will need to have your site specific induction to familiarise yourself with their site as well as any company policies and procedures that will apply during your assignment with them.
Depending on the site that you will work at, CSA Recruitment will deliver your induction to you or alternatively this may be delivered by a representative of our client. Remember to dress appropriately when attending your induction, as this is often your first introduction to your new role.
Step 4. Start work
Congratulations, you are now work ready.
Once you have completed the onboarding steps above, the resourcing team will schedule your first day in work. They will provide you with all of the details you need before you start on your first day (this is usually discussed on the phone and confirmed via email).
Remember to arrive at least 15-minutes before you shift is scheduled to begin.
