Join us at the most exciting time of the year ⭐️
Christmas is one of the busiest seasons for us and our clients, as we help the country prepare for the big day. Our customers supply some of the biggest retailers in the UK, helping them to get the meat on the table and the presents into your stockings. If you are looking for seasonal work to top-up your income, or for something more permanent, we can help you find work this Winter.
With roles available as Warehouse Operatives, Food Production Operatives, Drivers & more, you don’t need experience to get started. Our friendly teams can match you to the role that suits you (from working hours to rates of pay). We have listed some of the reasons that you’ll love working with us this Christmas below.
We pay you weekly or fortnightly depending on your role and assignment.
We have a variety of shifts available with a range of local employers.
Don’t speak English? Our team can support you in English, Welsh, Polish, Romanian and Bulgarian.
Do you have commitments? We can find you shifts that work around your schedule.
Don’t have transport? On select placements, we can offer free transport to and from work.
Your in-branch or onsite representative will be on hand to support you throughout your placement.
Here’s what to expect from application to start date ⏰
Your application is the first step in the hiring process and it provides you with the opportunity to tell us about your Christmas Work preferences. You’ll need to provide some information about yourself and you can let us know your preferred working hours. Ready to get started – you can apply here.
The screening call is where we get to know you. During this stage it’s important to provide as much information as you can to our resourcing team so that we can match you to the right temporary Christmas role (or something longer term if that’s what you’re looking for).
Once we’ve discussed your application with you, we will ask you to complete our registration through our online Registration Portal. This process is all digital, but you can visit us in person if you would prefer. During this step of the process we will ask you to provide your right to work documents, fill in your health questionnaire and sign your temporary work contract.
Now that you are registered (and work ready) our team will schedule your induction. Depending on the role that you have applied for, we will either deliver this induction to you or we will arrange for you to receive your induction with our customer on their site. This is an important step and provides you with information about your first day at work as well as important safety information.
Your CSA Representative will provide you with specific information about your induction.
The final step is the best step – you’re now ready to start your new role with us! We will contact you to arrange your start date, which normally takes place the day before you start, so make sure you keep your phone close by so that we can contact you. Once you’ve completed your first shift a member of our resourcing team will check-in via phone to see how things went.
You can find more helpful information about working with us in our Candidate Help Centre.
