Lettings Negotiator Temporary

CSA Recruitment are looking for a Lettings Negotiator in the Llanelli area.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and managing property lettings, conducting viewings, negotiating tenancy agreements, and providing excellent service to landlords and tenants.

*Candidate must have own car & full driving license*

PAY RATE:
£13.50 per hour

Hours:
9am – 5pm

Monday – Friday
or option to work
Tuesday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Register and qualify prospective tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants.
• Manage applicant databases and follow up on enquiries.
• Achieve lettings targets and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with relevant lettings legislation and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in property lettings or estate agency preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Organised, proactive, and target-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of the local property market is advantageous.

What we are looking for:

• Experience working in lettings preferred, but not essential.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
• Excellent organising and administration skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems, rent software system)
• Carrying out property inspections, writing inspection reports, and logging jobs.
• Carrying out property move-ins and viewings, including all paperwork associated.
• Own Vehicle essential.
