Marketing Executive

CSA Service Group are seeking a Marketing Executive/Manager to join our Llanelli-based team.

Summary:

This opportunity is suited to an experienced marketer who enjoys creating engaging content tailored to varied audiences, across multiple brands.

In your role you will be working as a key member of the Commercial Team responsible for driving sales and marketing activities across multiple businesses.

Marketing activities and target audience vary across each brand, each offering a unique opportunity to create content that drives engagement. We have a range of exciting projects that we would like you to work on in this role.

The candidate will be comfortable working across multiple digital marketing channels, on a variety of projects simultaneously, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

Pay Rate:

Starting at £24,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:

This position is a key role in our Commercial Team, with responsibilities including:

• Managing the online presence of 9-brands across our dynamic group of businesses including CSA Recruitment, CSA Hygiene, CSA Security, Caravan Storage Wales, Lockspot Self Storage, Swihart-Rees Property Lettings & Management, Rees Commercial Property, Rees Property Development and Rees Racing
• Creating engaging written, visual and video content for use across various social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Organising, running and attending company events to promote the wider business. These may include job-fairs for CSA Recruitment, client site visits for CSA Hygiene or motorsport track-day events through Rees Racing; each providing unique content opportunities for the development of a strong, multi-platform digital marketing strategy.
• Writing, publishing and driving engagement to online written content across various group websites, ensuring the highest level of SEO is delivered.
• Regularly maintaining and updating group company websites to ensure that they contain the most up-to-date information in relation to business services, company information and business-specific content.
• Writing and distributing email marketing campaigns via HubSpot to our diverse customer base, covering both B2C and B2B relationships.
• Driving a positive digital strategy for collecting customer and consumer feedback in the form of public, online reviews through Google, Facebook, Indeed and Trustpilot.

• Capable of working alone as well as closely with a team
• Independent, reliable and motivated
• Entrepreneurial, with the ability to seek new opportunities
• Confident, with excellent written and spoken English
• Technically proficient with Google Ads, Analytics, WordPress, Marketing Automation software and CRM tools

Required Qualifications:

• Degree within a relevant field preferred, but is not essential
• Previous experience in digital marketing preferred
• A full UK driving licence is required for this role

This role would suit Marketing Executives, Marketing Assistants, Marketing Associates and Digital Marketing professionals. We would also consider applications from candidates who have recently graduated with a marketing-related degree.
