Mould Setter

Job Overview
CSA Recruitment are seeking a skilled Setter to join our team. As a Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility. This is a crucial role that ensures the efficient operation of our production processes.

Pay Rate

£11.44 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday

07:00 – 15:30

Responsibilities
– Set up and adjust machinery and equipment according to specifications
– Handle materials and perform material handling tasks as needed
– Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
– Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements
– Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
– Troubleshoot issues with machinery or equipment and make necessary adjustments or repairs
– Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications
– Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
– Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
– Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software is preferred
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
– Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
– Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus
– Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
