Accounts Administrator Part Time NEW

CSA Recruitment are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team.

Pay Rate
£13.00 per hour

Hours
Monday to Friday
20-25 hours per week (can be within school hours)

Duties to include

  • Processing of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently using SAGE.
  • Creating new supplier accounts.
  • Checking invoices against purchase order numbers.
  • Reconciling monthly supplier statements
  • Investigating and resolving invoice queries.
  • Support the preparation of supplier payment runs.
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Respond to customer/supplier queries via email and phone.
  • Photocopying, scanning and filing.
  • General administrative support.
  • Ad hoc duties to support the accounts department.

Requirements

  • Must have a good telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
  • Experience using accounting software (SAGE would be preferred but not essential).
