Job Description

CSA Recruitment are looking for General Office Administrators for one of our clients based in Dafen Llanelli.

Rate: £21,000 per annum

Monday – Friday

9am – 5pm

What We Are Looking For:

• Outstanding communication skills
• Confident, self-motivated and an ability to work efficiently
• 1+ years’ experience in an administration
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems methodically & efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Call Handling, dealing with customers via email & in-person
• Ensuring targets are met
• Administration of company records and databases
• Data input

Essential Skills

• Proven administrator experience
• Excellent telephone manner and people skills
• Thrive under pressure
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

Desirable Skills

• Full drivers licence
• Comfortable handling confidential information
