Experienced Project Manger – Windows & Doors Full Time

Our projects vary in value from £50k to £2 million. Proud of our reputation we are looking to recruit an experienced projects manager ideally from our sector looking for a new opportunity and challenge.

CSA are looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to join the team for a highly respected company. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in managing in the architectural building industry, and will have an extensive understanding of manufacturing and installing of sophisticated curtain walling, structural glass assembly.

Our organisation is seeking a highly detail oriented and motivated individual who can quickly identify vulnerabilities and obstacles, and then create innovative solutions to any problems.

Responsibilities will include:

Manage and control the installation project from start to finish by experienced subcontract installers on site.
Ensuring installation is to an excellent quality standard and delivered on time and within budget and to correct specification.
Manage a project schedule and track progress against objectives.
Develop and manage effective project plans and schedules.
Create a timeline for the project.
Manage resources, such as people and time, to ensure successful completion of the project, including daily diaries, plant and labour returns, health and safety files/records and that weekly progress reports are published.
Shift Pattern: (Monday – Thursday) – 07:30am – 16:30pm (Friday) – 07:30am – 13:30pm

Rate of pay: Rate of pay will depend on experience.
